Prof. Anil Anand Pathak has over 21 years of experience in teaching, training, and research. He is currently the Lead for MDPs at MDI Gurgaon. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Nagpur University. He has published research papers in various national and international journals and has conducted MDPs for numerous organisations in the Private, Public and Government sectors for junior, middle and senior level executives. He has been a part of various long duration consulting assignments for companies in the private and public sector. Prof. Pathak has handled multiple academic administrative responsibilities at MDI over the years. His teaching interests include Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Managerial Effectiveness and Negotiation Skill.

Prof. Nidhi S. Bisht has over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. She is the faculty in incharge of the PGDM HRM program at MDI Gurgaon. She has published research papers in various national and international journals and has designed MDPs for various organisations like the Indian armed forces, Canara Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bharat Electronics Limited, Gas Authority of India Limited, Chief Engineers Indian Army, Reserve Bank of India, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Punjab National Bank, among others. Prof Bisht’s teaching interests include HR systems & processes, compensation management, and diversity & inclusion, and her current research interests are employee engagement, technology at work, and workplace diversity.
Participants who have 70% & above attendance and have attained a minimum of 40% marks in the evaluation components will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion. Participants who have 50% attendance and have attained a minimum of 40% marks in the evaluation components will receive a Certificate of Participation.
